WeedFree Trust is regularly involved with school education at primary and intermediate level.

 

 

Recent Projects at School

  • Hands-on weed outs in or near school grounds
  • Weed identification classes
  • Art and poster making. Weed signs using children's art were established on a road frontage in a very weedy part of Laingholm (with the help of Laingholm Primary and Auckland Council).
  • Installation of the live Weed/ Native 3D display (kindly on loan from Auckland Council)
